Overview

This document applies to Vip Media Pro, an IPTV media application, and the activation.fastx.pro activation platform operated by FastX Media. We collect activation data (device identifiers, app version, last seen timestamps) and license metadata necessary to provide the service. We do not sell personal data.

Data we process

Access key prefixes (not full keys in logs), device UUID, device type, OS version, IP address at activation/heartbeat, and subscription expiry provided by your reseller.

Retention

Activation audit logs are retained for security and support. You may request deletion where legally applicable by contacting [email protected].

Third parties

Payment processors (when enabled) and infrastructure providers may process data under their own policies. Cloudflare may process connection metadata for DDoS protection.
